I have come to Zouk a little later in life than some (through my daughter, who loves it!); and I am now enjoying it in my retirement. As such, I so appreciate the caring and professional teaching of Ry'el and Jessica. Thank you for helping me to learn about the posture, poise and flow of dancing, through such concepts as the "sexy turtle," the "(gentle) black hole," etc. - complete with diagrams of our muscles! And I'm happy to have found the Joy - and Peace - of Zouk, with Zen.
